I had an injured foot requiring surgery to correct. My recovery involved 9 weeks of non-weight bearing, and achieving full recovery would take a year and several months of physical therapy. As a result of not being able to move, my muscles became soft, and I felt very weak.
During my physical therapy and about 4 months post-surgery, I sought the expertise of Kyle Gulley. Kyle was incredibly knowledgeable about how to approach training, paying close attention to form and proper posture while weight training. Throughout my workouts, I never experienced any increased pain in my foot, thanks to his diligent and careful approach. His expertise in training and diet played a significant role in my recovery.
As an added benefit, I also had a shoulder injury. Kyle was aware of this and was meticulous in my shoulder rehabilitation as well. To this day, I still feel no pain in my shoulder, which is truly remarkable.
